One ear pierce infected ?? ?

i just got my second ear hole done 3 day a go in Claire's ! the first day was normal but yesterday ih had some pain in my left ear .. it was swollen and red !I clean it like the lady tol me with the ear solution ,but the other ears is normal ! wat can i do to solve this problem without going to the doctors !? is my left ear infected . please answer if you know !
