I don't think I am getting enough calcium in my diet, what foods should I eat!!?

Dairy is an unhealthy source of calcium, it is high in fat and contains hormones and fertility drugs that the cow has been pumped with. You can find healthy calcium in fortified cereals, soya milk, spinach, parsley, dried figs, almonds, soya flour, watercress and brazil nuts.
