I need kitten help...Our momma cat had 4 kittens and we need to move them because of construction reasons, and

we have the momma and 3 of her babies but we can not catch the last one....And she is crying and it is breaking my heart hearing it, but she wont come to us....(they are all semi ferral) Suggestions???? the kitten is old enough to eat dry/canned kitten food, but she still nurses off the mother....please help me figure out how to coax her out from her hiddin.
