What is the procedure to start a charitable Trust,I wish to start a one for retard children,is it possible.?

Hi, You have to Register your Trust in the Register of Society..... Consult a lawyer to prepare deed...... Founder, Secreatary and Treasurer are three members compulsory to start a trust...... My organisation name is Mithr.... Instead of consulting a lawyer you visit the register office and there will be some job typing centers.... they will ist you better then the Register office staff :). All the best
