We are told that ' workers targeted ahead of 2012 Olympics'. Targeted? Does that mean they'll be shot?

I know - they won't be 'shot', but when you read stories like that, the 'targetting' will be basically laughed at when the Olympics arrives. In the world we live in right now, Horny Dora and her colleagues on the Brixton Road are the last people the police should be paranoid about! There will be more ' workers' - aka prostitutes - in London strutting their stuff in three years time - and who knows, maybe the authorities will welcome it, telling the rest of the world we are 'mature' about such things.
