My 48 days old german pup doesn't let me sleep at night,It wakes up & starts making noises which iritates me?

My 48 days old GSD (Female) wakes up in middle of the night and wants me to sit beside it till its gone back to sleep. This is a big concern to me as well as everyone in my family. The major concern is it poops and pees inside the house. I understand its too young to start implementing the hard and fast rules since its just 48 days old but this is getting on to everyones nerves. Could any one suggest some good idea's so i can get things under control before its too late.
