I have a teddy bear hamster and idk what to do?

i think her cage is to small for her she has no room to move around really. also she doesn't really like her wheel and idk why. and there is one more problem she's bitting and making my brother daughter bleed and me. she only ever bit once's Befro and that was bc nani drooped her. idk what to do can someone plz help me
