Can you bring a laptop to court to show a video as evidence?
My fiance's ex wife is a little crazy (to put it nicely). She recently refused to give him his son on his day. She had stated many times the night before that she would not take him to the designated pick up spot (which was their daughter's school, since she wasn't sick) I went to pick up with him, since she often lies about what happens at them and plays victim. I wanted to be a witness and take video of her being uncooperative, because she likes to lie in court. She verbally attacked me even though I said nothing to her until she started yelling at me and all I said was please stop haring me. I stood back and she charged at me. She did all this in front of the kids and then accused me of being the one making the scene. I was very inconspicuously holding my cell phone. The kids would never have known anything. She has now filed a injunction against harment on me saying that I aulted her and she is demanding that I stay away from her and the kids. She lied to court (big surprise) and said that I was only "the girlfriend". I have the video on my laptop (I had recorded it with my cell phone) and it shows that I did nothing wrong but ask her to quit yelling at me. I would like to present it as evidence, do you think I will be able to do that? I will be going to a court in Mesa, Arizona. It's Maricopa county. Sorry for the long story, but thanks for the help.
