Bump on my junk should i be worried? and one more thing?

i am NOT ualy active other than s and s (im on the receiveing end obviously) but recently this chick on the buss game me a and i didnt think anything could happen from that but i knew she was nasty and i fingerd her. a week later i got a bump on my . it doesnt hurt and its not nasty like a blister or anything just a bump its not even red. it went away but im hearing alot of ppl ask bout bumps should i be worried? and another thing a tiny spot on the head of my was hurting a while back. it has also stopped but i wanted to ask about that. i looked and theres no blister or anything there its totaly normal lookin but it hurt whats that?
