Any tips on being a better out fielder and batter 4 softball?

im a lefty and im always the only lefty on the team and when i started to play softball my coaches (my dad and uncle) always told me i don't swing the bat right and i don't do alot of things right and they cant teach me because they say they cant teach leftys. last season i had another coach and he said i have a good swing and a really strong arm so if u play softball or baseball can u give me some tips?
